Maggiani presented a half-day session on Presentation Skills at the Education Days conference sponsored by the Southwestern Ontario chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC). |

Rich will be attending the STC Summit ’12 Conference. He will also participate in STC’s Board meeting as a fourth-year Director. |
